1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items purchased on Cocoatek.com. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or are missing parts not due to our error may not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable, including downloadable software, opened video games, digital licenses, and any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase. These exceptions are clearly stated on the product page.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please use the contact form on our website to submit your request. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
4. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery using the contact form. We will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference and product availability.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return in accordance with our return policy.
7. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
